Shannon Kinney-Duh

Shannon Kinney-Düh is a holistic life coach and spiritual mentor, yoga teacher and mom to 3 boys.  She’s also the co-creator and host (with Ashley Walburn) of the Mindful Mama Movement podcast. (www.mindfulmamamovement.com) She offers one-on-one coaching, a virtual support group and leads self-discovery workshops and wellness retreats.

Shannon has a great passion for supporting women as they rediscover who they are after becoming a mom.  She knows from experience how hard the juggling is, and that when you are caring for others, your tendency is to put your needs at the bottom of the list.  That’s when your inner dreams collect dust, your energy depletes, knowing who you are (outside of “being mom”) gets confusing, and your health and well-being suffer.

Shannon also has a huge desire to mentor moms as they practice being more present and mindful on their mothering journey.  She wants mothers to move from the survival state to a life that is at a greater state of balance - both inside and out.  Self-love, self-care and soul-care for women in all stages of motherhood is near and dear to Shannon’s heart.  She thrives on creating safe, supported spaces where women can be themselves, can feel loved, accepted and enough - just as they are.

Shannon has a unique style of holistic life coaching and spiritual mentoring where she merges her coaching training and 15 years of yoga teaching with her intuition, creativity, mindfulness and compassion.  She offers her clients journal prompts, personalized meditations, creative exercises and more that support them far beyond the session time together.

Shannon’s coaching and mentoring services focus on helping you:

  • awaken to your own wisdom and reconnect to your true nature,
  • listen to your intuition and cultivate the courage to follow where it leads,
  • embrace the mess and chaos that’s a natural part of motherhood and let go of perfectionism,
