This sacred community gathering offers a compassionate and supportive space for those navigating all forms of loss. Rooted in a body-centered somatic approach, Alchemy of Grief invites you to gently explore where grief lives within your body and how it speaks through sensation and silence. Through shared presence, mindful witnessing, and somatic practices, you’ll be held in a circle of care that honors your unique experience while guiding you back to your own inner wisdom and capacity to heal. 1.5 hours Thursday July 24 6pm-7:30pm $35.00 Bio Jennifer Martin is the founder of Holistic Healing. A Certified Integrative Trauma Practitioner, Master Reiki Practitioner, and Breathwork Facilitator, Jennifer specializes in guiding individuals through trauma recovery using a holistic, somatic-based approach.
