Service Description

Whether you are a new parent, soon-to-be parent, or any type of caregiver, this workshop is designed to prepare you for life with a newborn! Topics covered include the 4th Trimester, the “golden hour”, elimination patterns & diapering, umbilical cord care, and bathing. Baby sleep rhythms will be explored, as well as soothing & calming techniques, such as swaddling. General precautions and car seat safety are also included. Guests will leave feeling knowledgeable and confident about baby needs and care. Hands on practice with diapering, swaddling, and car seat installation is provided. Taught by hOMe Holistic doulas and childbirth educators Skye Good and Kelsey Zydel. Date: 11/2/24 Time: 12-2 pm Cost: $75 per couple
