Service Description

Thursday Feb 12th 6-7:15 Cost: $24 per couple Connect and Flow is an intentional couples yoga class, open to all experience levels and all bodies! This class will include a grounding and restorative partner yoga flow (prenatal safe), intentional time together and connection, visualization and inspiration. We will connect, and flow!
