Service Description

This 90 minute activity session will be divided into 3 parts: yoga, craft and breath/relaxation. The yoga portion will use songs, movement and games to learn the basics of yoga related to confidence, balance and focus. The craft part of the session will involve a mindful art activity to prepare the girls for the last part of the session: the quiet, meditative relaxation. Girls will take away a mindful art creation, a PDF of the yoga poses learned, and (hopefully) LOVE for yoga.
