We are Natasha and Emily, the owners and lactation consultants at Good Life Lactation. Every
feeding journey is unique and we will address your concerns with compassion and expertise.
We will work with you to create a sustainable feeding plan and prioritize your goals. We would
be honored to come alongside your family in your feeding journey.
We offer prenatal consultations which is an opportunity to establish care prior to delivering! We highly recommend a prenatal visit if you have never breastfed before or if you have had any
difficulties breastfeeding in the past. We will go over your health history, provide individualized
breastfeeding education, go over your pump or make recommendations for a pump. Please
reach out to schedule your prenatal visit between 34-36 weeks.

Hello Hello! I’m over the moon excited to join Home Holistic and offer Private Lactation Consultations. My name is Katie Connealy. I’m a speech-language pathologist, IBCLC, certified infant massage instructor, and use craniosacral and primitive reflex work to guide my practice. It’s probably obvious, but I love learning new things to help families meet their goals faster and more completely. Helping babies have a positive start to life makes my heart smile!
