Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Taylor Thompson, PT, DPT

Taylor Thompson is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and the proud founder of EmpowerHER Pelvic Physical Therapy. Taylor first discovered her passion for physical therapy in the 7th grade, and has been dedicated to pursuing that dream ever since. Taylor received both a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Missouri State University, go Bears!

During Taylor's time at Missouri State, a clinical rotation introduced her to the world of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, which proved to be a life-changing experience. Recognizing the underappreciated and significant need for this specialty, Taylor sought out additional training and obtained a Pelvic Floor level 1 certification at Herman and Wallace before graduating.

After practicing in an out-patient setting post-graduation, Taylor was inspired to create EmpowerHER Pelvic PT to address the societal gap in pelvic health education and promote one-on-one, quality care. Taylor is on a mission to spread awareness and empower women at every stage of life. The vision is to encourage women to take control of their bodies, prioritize self-care, and regain confidence in daily activities, exercise, and intimacy.

aylor is also a prenatal yoga instructor on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon at Home Holistic. She loves seeing pregnant mamas in class - many of whom she also works with as a pelvic floor physical therapist during their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. This overlap creates a unique opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships and support each mama more holistically, both on the mat and in the treatment room.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know Taylor, she looks forward to being a part of your wellness journey!

Lindsey Graham, PT, DPT

As a mom myself, I understand the unique needs and challenges that come with motherhood. Whether you are a new mom recovering from childbirth, a busy mom struggling to find time for self-care, or a mom experiencing pain or discomfort, I am here to help.

I have extensive experience working with a variety of conditions, including pelvic pain and dysfunction, diastasis recti, incontinence, back pain, and more. I use a holistic approach, combining manual therapy, exercise, and education to create personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

I am passionate about helping moms live their best lives, and I believe that physical therapy can be a game-changer for those looking to improve their physical health and well-being. If you're looking for a physical therapist who understands the demands of motherhood and can help you achieve your goals, I would love to work with you!
