Service Description

Ideal couples are planning a low intervention birth, having their 2nd, 3rd or 8th baby and need a refresher or are limited on time this is the workshop for you! This workshop prepares the prenatal couple for an empowered, partner supported birth experience. Yoga poses useful for natural birth, acupressure and massage for pain management and labor progress are emphasized. Couples will learn that deepening their connection and informed choices are essential in preparing for birth and parenting.
