Ecstatic Dance Journey July 24 | 9–11 PM Home Holistic Ecstatic Dance Journey Hosted by Wild Ember KC Leave words behind and step into a journey of movement, music, and presence. Ecstatic Dance Journey is a 90-minute movement journey for all who identify as women, inviting you to reconnect with yourself through free-form movement in a supportive, consent-centered environment. We begin and end in circle, creating a shared container before moving through a carefully curated live musical journey. There are no steps to learn, no choreography, and no expectation to dance a certain way. This is a space to explore, release, celebrate, grieve, or simply be—allowing your body to move in whatever way feels authentic. To honor the experience, we dance without conversation, phones, or substances. We respect one another's space and boundaries, and prayer hands are used as a simple, respectful way to decline connection or an invitation to dance. No dance experience is necessary—only a willingness to listen inward and let the music move you. 90 minutes • Open to all who identify as women • Please arrive on time for the opening circle. Comfortable clothing and a water bottle are encouraged. • $20 Ecstatic Dance Journey follows Sister Space at the same venue. You're welcome to attend either offering on its own, or enjoy both experiences for $30.
