Hi! I’m Kasey Hammeke, and my heart’s work is helping people feel safe and at home in their own bodies.

My energy work practice is rooted in Love Light, a modality that channels universal loving energy to support deep emotional healing. Each session is intuitively guided and may include chakra body scans, somatic movement, and meditation — always meeting you exactly where you are.

Before stepping into this path, I spent over a decade within the Christian church, including time in a rigid spiritual environment that eventually inspired me to reclaim my own spiritual freedom. My journey — as a neurodivergent, intuitive, and lifelong seeker — has taught me how essential it is to unlearn who we were told to be and rediscover who we truly are.

I grew up in the Kansas City area — in Prairie Village and Olathe — and now live here with my husband, Adam, and our two wonderful kiddos, Henry (7) and Ruby (5). They remind me daily of the beauty of presence, curiosity, and connection — the same qualities I bring into my energy work practice.

I love working with women, mothers, and neurodivergent folk who are ready to explore the energetic roots of their pain, release what’s been buried, and embrace the fullness of their authentic selves. Healing is not something I do to you — it’s something we walk through together, in community, in compassion, and in love.
