Ohis 50 minute class incorporates babywearing into various movements like swaying, and bouncing, while also providing a fun and supportive environment for parents. A place for you to move, connect with your little one(s) & others! Best suited for Infants & their caregiver, 2 months and up welcome! A place to move freely, connect with your little one and have some fun along the way in your motherhood journey. We will connect, warmup/stretch, have a baby/toddler interactive song, and then dance away, followed by a brief cool down. Just bring your baby, and your carrier! No former experience required!
