Service Description

OMbabies+mamas is a blast. This class is emotionally supportive, allowing mothers with babies to share their birth stories, their fears, triumphs and struggles. We support mothers no matter their parenting style. This class is gentle yoga, safe and effective for the postpartum women's bodies. Opening their hearts and strengthening and stabilizing their core. Birth to crawlers. Adoptive mothers welcome!
