✨ Sister Space + Ecstatic Dance ✨ An evening to arrive exactly as you are. This fall, we’re joining together for three Friday nights of connection, movement, and community with Sister Space and Wild Ember Ecstatic Dance. 🌙 7:00-8:00 PM | Sister Space We’ll begin in circle with gentle connection, grounding, conversation, energy work, and practices that help us reconnect with ourselves and each other. Every gathering is a little different, but the intention is always the same: to create a space where you can simply be human. 🔥 8:00-9:30 PM | Ecstatic Dance with Wild Ember Then we’ll transition into a guided musical journey through free-form movement. No choreography. No talking on the dance floor. No expectations. Dance, stretch, sit, lie down, sway, or simply witness. Let your body lead. Come for one offering or stay for the whole evening. Move between them however feels supportive.
